A woman, four months pregnant, was killed during a robbery in the neighbourhood of Cristo Redentor, in João Pessoa, on Monday the 1st April.
Edilane Pereira da Silva, 29-years-old, was waiting at a bus stop on the Avenida fraternity, when two armed men on a motorcycle attacked the to be mother. The murder was in the proceeds of the robbery. The two men threatened her and were ''asking'' for her purse. Edilane was already the mother of a child of three-years-old.
